Registration & Eligibility

Users must provide truthful and accurate information including real name, phone number, and email address. Accounts must use secure, unique passwords. The site is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older with a valid credit or debit card. Registration information must be kept up to date.

Order Acceptance

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt only — it does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse any order. The contract is concluded in Mumbai, India.

Product Availability

Items are not reserved until purchase is completed. Stock is subject to availability. Designer-supplied items may have wait periods.

Pricing

Prices are listed in INR, inclusive of applicable GST. Prices remain valid as advertised and are subject to seasonal changes. The price at the time of your order is honored.

Dispatch & Delivery

• Target dispatch: within 48 hours; 72 hours during sale periods
• No dispatches on weekends, public holidays, or festivals
• Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday dispatch the following Monday
• Insurance covers goods during transit to the specified delivery address
• Responsibility transfers to the recipient upon delivery signature
• Estimated delivery timelines begin from the dispatch date

Returns

• Items must be returned unused with all original tags attached
• Damaged or soiled returns may be refused
• Original packaging and all accessories are required
• An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required
• Refunds processed within 10–15 working days post-confirmation

Faulty Goods

Manufacturing defects or damage identified within 15 days of delivery qualify for replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

All website content, software, and materials are protected by copyright and trademark. You may view content for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited without written authorization.

Promotions & Coupons

• Multiple coupons may not be redeemed against a single order unless stated otherwise
• Only one credit note per transaction unless specified
• Coupons are non-transferable with no cash value
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate offers at any time

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Mumbai.
