Policy Overview

Items should be returned unused and with all The Tie Hub and designer garment tags still attached. Contact our customer care team within 2 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Eligible for Return / Exchange

  • Product received in damaged or defective condition
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Manufacturing defect identified

Non-Eligible Items

  • Hats and caps (non-returnable due to hygiene)
  • Face masks (unless damaged upon receipt)
  • Customized products and bulk / special orders
  • Sale items (final sale, unless broken or damaged on arrival)

Exchange Process

  1. Contact customer care within 2 days of delivery with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, and a photograph of the product and its packaging.
  2. Pack the item in its original packaging with the invoice and all tags / inclusions intact.
  3. A reverse pickup will be arranged from the invoice address.
  4. Our warehouse team will conduct a quality inspection upon receipt.
  5. A replacement is dispatched within standard delivery timelines. If unavailable, a credit note is issued for the full amount.

Quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Refund Policy

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a credit note is issued to your registered email
  • Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue
  • Redeemable online only
  • Refunds processed within 10–15 working days post-confirmation
